Buckwheat pillows and matress..

Yes wash the dust off of the buckwheat husks before sewing into pillow or mattress or you will breath the dust in at your peril ..
I had a problem with the dust but washing sorted it out and comfy nites sleep followed ..

Yummy spelt bread it's easy as.. pie!

What the heck are we doing buying bread it's so quick & easy making your own, I never measure it takes 5 mins to mix and kneed then leave it to rise in warm place, (I use a caste iron Dutch oven with lid that's pre heated )approx one hour then bake 30mins in hot 200 oven... As I say yummy and no nasty wheat in site for more info mail or message me ... Cheers Richie
