What the heck are we doing buying bread it's so quick & easy making your own, I never measure it takes 5 mins to mix and kneed then leave it to rise in warm place, (I use a caste iron Dutch oven with lid that's pre heated )approx one hour then bake 30mins in hot 200 oven...
